Overview

Turkey’s first digital green-energy trading platform

ATP GreenX lets companies buy and sell renewable energy and carbon certificates. Built on blockchain technology, it makes trading secure and transparent and digitises carbon footprint management and reporting.

Challenge

Unnecessary steps, inconsistent UI

  • Users took unnecessary steps to complete transactions.
  • A complex information architecture made navigation difficult.
  • UI components were used inconsistently.
  • Some screens didn’t follow UX principles, creating uncertainty.

Approach

Improve the flows, keep the UI

The goal was to optimise user flows while largely keeping the existing UI structure — reducing complexity, speeding up transactions and making the platform easier to understand.

Prioritisation

Quick wins and long-term fixes

Every issue was grouped as low, medium or high priority in a matrix, so the team could ship quick wins first and plan the bigger changes.
